This restaurant was super good the food was great and the lady that owned the place was super nice. Coincidence is when I went there was a friend of mine there and he was related to the owner so he introduced us and because of this she let me go back in the kitchen and take pictures and do whatever I wanted.

Sweat Records

Waffle party! I had never heard of an event like this it was interesting its a type of event that I would do with friends but I don't think its an event that a newspaper like MNT should have sent a photographer to cover because it wasn't that big it was more like a gathering of friends. It was in a small record label store with just one table and everyone eating their delicious waffles with good art work on the walls and music playing. Very intimate and humble.

Cafe Ragazzi

When I arrived to this restaurant it was interesting because I camera crew was there. Univision the popular spanish channel was doing a story on top spanish restaurants and this was one of them and I was so lucky to be present on that same day. I didn't even make an appointment Ijust showed up and they were very nice and helpful they let me go back to the kitchen with the camera crew to take images of what they were doing and the interview but I didn't want to be in the way of Tv so I decided to just watch from a far.

Don Camaron

The manager of this restaurant seemed a little nervous to let me take pictures of his food. He told me to take pictures of the menu instead and after explaining myself like four times and showing him the images I took of the menu he decided to give me two plates and stood by me the entire time to look at how they came out.

Week one time sheet. Every week I will be filling out a time sheet of the restaurants and events ive done for the week.

Bamboo Garden

For this restaurant I also had a little difficulty with their presentation of plating. Another problem I encounter was the restaurants appearance. I had to find something that I can take a pictures of to represent the restaurant but the place was old and dirty with cheap decorations so once again I had to work with what I got and make it look good.

Cafe Bambini

Quickly learned that some restaurants have no experience on presenting their plates. For this restaurant I had to work with what I had which was a small sandwich with no color and visually not appealing, to make it even better it was on a plastic plate. I had to figure out how to make it work and make it look good regardless the presentation.
